For this project I worked with a local band to design a logo to be used on their business cards, website, and other branded content. They sent me some style references for the logo, many of them being type and logos from various bands including the Grateful Dead.
The direction I decided to go for with this logo was a hand rendered logotype that was minimal but retained some of the look and feel of jam band logos. I went through several iterations of the logo before settling on the final logo and had these approved and revised by the client throughout the process. The final logo has been used by the band for their merchandise, website, and business cards.
